Because I loved it, I know that it only makes it harder to openly admit it's time to finish what I started.
But I swore upon a future where we were seen as the unsuspecting artist of spreading the rumour that what we speak of is what we believe in.
I was the one pushing from inside. You all all had your fun. I spent all my time and money chasing a passion.
We had a vision, an eye for a different perspective. We lacked the decision to push on, meet all our objectives. Times were tough and moved faster, because I loved it, it only made it harder.

We've hardly grown up, we hardly know ourselves. Someone's on the way, who'd like to know us. They don't ask for much, just time and attention. That's so hard to give, beyond comprehension.
If two is good company, then we've got a crowd. It's a chilling discovery, we both have our doubts. You don't think I'm ready, you're freaking out. You're stuck with somebody who will let you down.
I'll forget my needs, learn to use patience. I want you to see my determination. But neither of us ever saw that coming and now I wish I had taken all the time I ever could before some kid called me dad. Called me dad?

She saw things different, you can't forget when you don't know. Understand what you meant? Not just yet, but I will though.
I found her regrets, swept underneath the carpet. I'd bet a safe bet she's a witness, can't believe that someone's seen the greener grass and learnt it doesn't grow too well. You always saw the brightest side but I never knew you fell into a hole where light can't see the better of your thoughts. I can't relate but I will try until you say once more.
I feel it's alright.
Into your head is where I'll climb.
I'll clear some space, spend some time.
I'll find the problem, draw a line.

Look how the stars have aligned. Our treasure is lost at what cost, we'll decide. All of those moments in time. Fell in the sea not to be seen by your eyes nor mine. Our heads are now left with this cavity. A little push and I've lost our memory.
Please don't go dear not, on this eve. Cause tonight girl we're all set up to leave for our big ambitions, our hopes and dreams. We'll live the good life and live it as we please.

I've just lost all peace of mind. My eyes are glued to these troubled times. Maybe I should, I probably should look away. But I feel so confused by everyone's view of these terrible issues of morality. They look away, everyday.
I could not wait, to be the change. Open the gate to a new cliche.
Is it much too late to feel this way?
We're gaining wealth through selfish greed while children's health in poverty is getting worse. What's that worth?
We'll clear the land cause we're human, we need to meet supply and demand. Forget the earth. What's that worth.

I've got the feeling that things could be changed for the better. Mother Nature could save us if we'd only let her. I'm doing the best with all that I'm possibly able. In the meantime, all that I can be is grateful for this moment.

I've got this itch beneath my skin. A travel bug that has my patience wearing thin. 'Cause I've never ventured across the sea to discover what the world has to show me.
Let's leave now. Cause I know you know we can.
My friends are all asking themselves how best to spend the precious time that's left in life. Most put their dreams up on the shelf, to focus on what daddy told them is right. I cannot get that twisted logic through my mind. I'm getting bored I'm getting out I'm taking flight.
Forget your job, those career-driven thoughts, enjoy uncertainty. We'll see the sights, eat fabulous delights, ignore responsibility.
